Allocation of agricultural land – positive court decision

After holding a hearing and hearing witnesses, the district court issued an order granting the law firm’s application and declaring that the agricultural land had been acquired by inheritance in favor of the law firm’s client. The court agreed with the argument that the land was in the client’s sole possession, and the period of possession was more than 30 years. In this case, the succession turned out to be the only way to regulate the inheritance relations, which, due to the earlier defective will, were not in accordance with the testator’s intentions.
