Abolition of joint ownership of agricultural and residential land
The law firm began a case to abolish co-ownership of extensive land in one of the suburban municipalities of Poznań.
The highly varied nature of the properties, from land under water reservoirs to residential areas, means that the proceedings will be lengthy and
complicated. Moreover, there are more than 50 participants in the case, most of them representing conflicting interests.
