Abolition of co-ownership – division of a tenement house
The law firm accepted a case to abolish the joint ownership of a tenement house near the Old Market Square in Poznan. Attorney-at-law Przybecki represents the co-owner of 40% of the townhouse.
The case is complicated by the varying attractiveness of the various units in the building and the valuation of the property appraiser, which is difficult to predict. In addition, the other co-owners are also demanding a division of the
surveying the plots of land on which the townhouse is located, although it is questionable whether the subdivision proposal complies with the requirements of the Real Estate Law. The first hearing will be held in February 2019.
