Housing communities – revocation of discharge resolution
Today, a favorable ruling was handed down by the District Court overturning a resolution of a Poznan housing community to discharge the community’s management.
The law firm represents one of the owners who disagrees with the policies of the current management. One of the reasons for rescinding the resolution was failure of the board
of directors to submit a written report on the activities of the board of directors for the year preceding the discharge.
