Transmission easement – court decision
Today, a favorable court decision was handed down to a client, dismissing the grid operator’s application for an easement for a water main.
The finality of this ruling will allow to take up the suspended proceedings from the law firm’s client’s application for the establishment of a transmission easement.
If the case for the easement was lost, there would be no basis for demanding compensation for the easement.
