Compensation for the local plan – a new case
The law firm has contracted with new clients to lead a case against a large municipal municipality for compensation mentioned in the article 36 (1) (1) of 1 Law of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development.
The damage consists in preventing the owner from using the property in the previous manner as a result of the entry into force of the new local development plan.
In cooperation with property appraisers, the amount of compensation is determined. A lawsuit will then be prepared.
