Trial for 10 million – next hearing

Another hearing was held before the District Court in a lawsuit filed by the City of Poznań against a law firm client for damages in the amount of approximately 10 million (with interest). Attorney Przybecki is representing the designers of the Municipal Stadium in Poznań against claims by the investor. For details, see the news report. The next hearing in September.
