Return of the palace and park complex – reprivatization
The law firm, acting on behalf of the inheritors of the pre-war owner of the property, obtained a decision from the Governor of Greater Poland stating that the palace and park complex, located in a village in southern Greater Poland, did not fall under the provisions of the PKWN decree on carrying out agricultural reform. The governor ruled that the property, which was a palace and park complex, was not agricultural in nature and could not be taken over by the Treasury after the end of World War II. The decision is not final.
