Transmission easement – won in Lublin

The District Court in Lublin granted the law firm’s request and established a transmission easement on the client’s property, while awarding a one-time fee of tens of thousands of zlotys to the owner of the land through which the gas pipeline runs. The court did not take into account the allegation of the easement’s preservation raised by the participant in the proceedings, and the award of compensation was made after the evidence of two more experts. The order is not final.
