Transmission easement – settlement agreement

After months of negotiations, the developer, represented by the law firm, reached a settlement with the operator of the water main, the subject of which is the establishment of a transmission easement and settlement of the non-contractual use of the property. Working out a satisfactory agreement also made it possible to end the cases pending in court.
