Transmission easement – a new case in Lublin
The law firm undertook the representation of the owner of a property in Lublin through which a water pipeline, gas pipeline and telecommunications cables run.
Previous attempts at negotiation have been unsuccessful, so the case has been taken to court. The purpose of the law firm is to enforce the remuneration of the
establishment of transmission easements and compensation for non-contractual use of the property.
