Tenement settlement – new client
The firm undertook legal services for a client in connection with her shares in a townhouse.
The case is multi-threaded and complex. The law firm’s analysis and activities will include, among other things. The following issues: abolition of co-ownership and division of inheritance, claims for retention, settlement of collected benefits and
burdens incurred, non-contractual use of the property in excess of the share, admission to co-ownership of the property, settlement of expenditures between co-owners.
