Road compensation – administrative hearing
The law firm represents the former owners of a number of plots of land in Środa County, which, as a result of the division of real estate pursuant to Article 98 of the Real Estate Management Law passed to the municipality for use as public roads.
Another administrative hearing was held today with the participation of an appointed expert property appraiser. The firm’s lawyers have filed numerous objections to the operative
estimate, and the subsequent course of the administrative proceedings conducted by the district governor will verify the validity of the law firm’s position.
