Return of park and palace complexes – new cases

The office has initiated two new administrative proceedings aimed at declaring that park and palace complexes in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian province and southern Greater Poland did not fall under the operation of the decree on carrying out land reform.

Several months of work by the firm’s lawyers made it possible to complete the necessary documents, search the archives and prepare applications to the governor. The purpose of both proceedings is to show that the two park and palace complexes could not be used

for the purposes of land reform and served a purely residential function. Obtaining a positive administrative decision will open the way for the law firm’s clients to return the facilities in kind or compensation.
