Reprivatization – lawsuit against the Treasury
The law firm filed a lawsuit in the district court for damages in the amount of 2.8 million zlotys against the State Treasury and the user of the park and palace facility.
This action follows the return of the park and palace complex to its clients on the basis of the governor’s decision stating that the property did not fall under the provisions of the Land Reform Decree.
Since the clients regained a ruin instead of a functioning mansion, it became necessary to assess the damage and file an appropriate lawsuit in court to compensate for the loss of value of the property.
