Public procurement law – Municipal Stadium in Poznań
The law firm joined a lawsuit brought by the President of the Public Procurement Office against the City of Poznań and a design company for the annulment of one of the contracts for design work for the Municipal Stadium in Poznań, worth PLN 4.6 million.
Another hearing was held today, and the proceedings themselves before the District Court are in their third year. At a closed session, the court will decide whether to appoint experts who
will evaluate the legal aspects of individual public contracts and the relationship between them.
