The new regulations of the Nasza Klasa portal introduce a very broad clause allowing the use of registered users’ images.
According to the Metro daily, consent to the commercial use of users’ photos is to be a condition for continuing to maintain an account on the portal. From the legal side, the problem is worthy of attention from the point of view of prohibited contractual clauses and possibly abuse of dominant position.
