A settlement hearing was held in a Wroclaw court in a case against more than a dozen board members of a limited liability company in the design industry.
The law firm represents one of the creditors, who is unsuccessfully trying to enforce from the company’s assets the amount of several hundred thousand zlotys for the design work performed.
Following the failure of the settlement attempt, a lawsuit will be filed in court against all board members during the period when the claim is due.
