Law of foreigners – legalization of stay
Mr Przybecki represents a family of Ukrainian entrepreneurs in immigration proceedings before the Governor of Wielkopolska and assists her in relocating her business from Ukraine.
On the basis of the Law on Foreigners and numerous consultations, an action plan has been prepared that will allow the family to obtain a residence permit and, in the long run, a long-term EU resident permit.
An element of the law firm’s activities was to establish a limited liability company and obtain all the necessary approvals, documents and formalities for the transfer of the business to Poland.
