Inheritance of several properties – what court fee
The law firm is representing the applicants in a case over the inheritance of fragments of three plots of land in the center of Poznań.
The land was under the unified ownership of the clients, although formally it was owned by three different entities. According to the court registrar and the district court, such a state of facts justifies the collection of the court fee in triple amount i.e. 3 times at 2000 PLN each.
According to the law firm, such an interpretation of the provisions of the Law on Court Costs in Civil Cases is wrong. The District Court in Poznań will hear the complaint from our lawyers.
