Handling of the transaction – signed contract for PLN 35 million

The law firm served the investor in the process of negotiating a comprehensive agreement with the general contractor of an investment involving the construction of a production and storage hall with office and social areas. The firm’s lawyers supported the investor in the process of months of negotiations and preparation of documentation. The value of the contract exceeds PLN 35 million.
