Copyright – violations in Germany

Commissioned by Polish designers Tomasz Przybecki has filed a lawsuit against the German company over its infringement of copyrights in the restaurant chain’s conceptual design projects. In the course of negotiations with German lawyers, a favorable settlement was reached without having to go to court.
