Construction investments – project contracts
The firm is handling legal services for a complex contract for design work for one of the largest investment projects in Poznan in the coming years.
The aim of the lawyers is to safeguard the interests of the lead designer in the relationship with the developer and the project developer. It is necessary to take into account the regulations arising from the Public Procurement Law and the so-called special law regulating the investment process. Creating a contract requires specialized
knowledge in the field of structural investments (speculative law) and taking into account a number of external factors, with particular attention to protests from local communities and their impact on the validity of administrative decisions and contractors’ compliance with deadlines.
