Cancellation of preliminary agreement – favorable judgment

The firm is representing the client in a case brought by the client to reconcile the contents of the land and mortgage register with the actual legal status (Article 10 of the Land and Mortgage Register Law), the subject of which is the deletion of a claim from section III of the register in connection with the client’s withdrawal from the preliminary agreement. The court of first instance shared the law firm’s reasoning for the effectiveness of the waiver and reconciled section III of the land register.
