Bonds – private placement
The law firm has accepted an order to carry out the so-called Private bond issuance by a limited liability company, based on Article 33(2) of the Bond Law.
The law firm’s analysis and activities will include, among other things Preparation of corporate documents, including the resolution of the board of directors forming the basis of the issue, drafting of the terms and conditions of the issue and the acquisition proposal with information on the situation
company’s financials, as well as a model bond document with interest sheets. Bonds are an attractive alternative for providing financing for the operations of capital companies.
