Abolition of joint ownership of a tenement – success in the second instance

The law firm joined the case for the annulment of the joint ownership of a tenement house in the center of Poznań already after the District Court’s decision.

An extensive appeal has been filed against the order, which hurt customers. The appeal allegations related to changes, Defects in the opinion of the real estate appraisal expert and improper settlement by the Court of First Instance

of the benefits and burdens between the following co-owners. The District Court recognized most of the appellants’ objections and, consequently, reversed the appealed order, remanding the case back to the District Court.
