The law firm assisted clients in developing a structure for the cooperation of all partners in the SPV, as well as in the preparation and negotiation of the full transaction documentation, including the shareholders’ agreement and all the
accompanying documents. We also advised at the stage of finalizing the transaction, ensuring that it went smoothly.
