Transaction support for the publisher of one of the most popular automotive magazines in Poland
The law firm assisted a Polish publisher of an automotive magazine (boasting nearly 20 years of tradition) with changes in the composition of the entrepreneur’s shareholders.
The publisher’s partners have decided to continue distributing automotive content with a revised personnel structure. This involved planning the exit of some owners from a number of companies used in the magazine’s publishing operations.
As part of our support, we advised on structuring the transaction. Our work also included the preparation and negotiation of
transaction documentation, as well as support at the closing stage of the transaction, ensuring that it runs smoothly.
