New lawyer in our law firm
We are pleased to announce the start of our cooperation with attorney Michael Zaborowski, a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University. Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Attorney-at-law Michal Zaborowski served his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznan, completed with the examination and obtaining the title of legal advisor. He specializes in M&A processes and commercial law. He gained his experience in a renowned law firm, which is part of one of the largest consulting companies in the world. At the firm, he will be involved in supporting clients in all issues related to
transactions, commercial and corporate law both at the stage of developing a strategy, negotiating transaction documentation and implementing the adopted model. Attorney-at-law Zaborowski works in Polish and English. We are pleased with such an acquisition and believe that his knowledge and skills will contribute to the further development of our company.
