Transmission easement – further compensation for a pipeline on a plot of land
At the request of the owners of a property located in Poznań, the law firm undertook to resolve a problem with a water main passing through the clients’ plot without their consent.
The legal analysis conducted indicates that large sums of money can be obtained from the water company for non-contractual use of the property and for the establishment of a transmission easement. Work is currently underway to estimate the claim, and the first demands will soon be issued to the responsible party. If negotiations fail, the case will be referred to legal proceedings.
This is another case against transmission companies for illegally running facilities on other people’s property. The Mandants’ claims were reported to the network operator. Negotiations are currently underway to determine the remuneration combined with analyses by real estate appraisers.
