The law firm has prepared a legal opinion for a company that provides hosting services.
The purpose of the opinion was to develop rules of conduct in case a host-provider receives a summons to block websites due to the unlawful nature
of the content on them. The responsibilities of the web host provider and web service administrator were analyzed.
