Trial for 10 million – witness hearings come to an end

Another trial was held before the District Court in Poznań in a case brought by the City of Poznań against a law firm client for damages with interest in the total amount of approx. 10 million PLN, allegedly due to defects in the design documentation for the Municipal Stadium in Poznań, created by the law firm’s client. The next hearing in the case will be held as early as May 15 – the last two of the witnesses called in the case are likely to be heard there, and the court will deal with the parties’ requests for expert witnesses.
